Barry Yablen saved my sanity and family

Barry is an amazing lawyer and person. He handled my very litigious, emotional and complicated divorce in the most professional and caring way, saving me thousands of dollars in the process because he believes in mediation and resolution without war. Because of Barry, i was able to have the custody... and support for my child i would not have otherwise gotten from another lawyer. He not only was my lawyer, he became my friend. This is one lawyer who is NOT guided by fees and money. Barry would call me and check in with me, even AFTER my divorce was complete and all fees paid. I believe that every client becomes a part of him. It's been 3 years and I still hear from Barry periodically to check on me and my childnren. He is a wonder person. Highly recommend and respect him.

Incredible !!

I was hoping for a help for my coustody case and finally find him , Mr Barry Yablen is and excellent lawyer , excellent Guardian and incredible Laywer , he is serious , professional , and responsible and the same time a person you can talk and understand , I recommended Mr Barry Yablen and his staff ...is amazing !!

A Lawyer, A Professional, A Friend and a Child Advocate

There is so much to say about Barry Yablen. He is a TRUE professional and child advocate. Any court "battles" are for the benefit of the child and not for the parent. He will make certain that this child is protected and is raised to be a functional and productive adult. Barry took my case due to... post-dissolution issues that arose. Very serious issues where verbal abuse and emotional abuse were a factor by the other parent. Barry would have none of that. After tirelessly trying to make my former husband his attorney understand that this situation was about the child, the Court ruled in our favor. The Judge was always very pleased with Barry's arguments. They were valid, objective and honest. There were no sleazy tactics by Barry to obtain the result which was in my minor son's best interest. Barry was always available, day or night. He gave me his mobile phone number (which I still have until present day) and said "Call me ANYTIME with ANYTHING". Working for lawyers myself, that is something they do not do. They do not give ANY client their mobile phone number and give the client the ability to reach them at any time particularly in a moment of crisis with the other parent. There were many times when I sat in court cringing at what seemed to be Barry's non-aggressive stance. That non-aggressive stance was BRILLIANTLY effective. Barry would always tell me "Yelling and being boisterous doesn't make your stance correct it just makes you obnoxious" Sure enough, opposing counsel was reprimanded for his very unprofessional and loud behavior. Barry is a true professional. I cannot say that enough can I? Barry exemplifies fairness. I refer so many people to him and I preface the referral with "He is a very fair and objective lawyer. He will tell you like it is and will work in the best interest of your child and his or her welfare." My biggest regret is not having found Barry earlier for my actual dissolution of marriage. His professionalism and honesty would have saved me a long dragged out divorce proceeding with way too many loopholes. I consider Barry Yablen to be the best family lawyer ever. My son will be 18 this year and late last year I reached out to him and extended an invitation to my son's graduation. My son has a 4.2 GPA in high school and is a completely functional, happy and productive young man. I fear had I NOT found Barry, the results would have been devastating. Working for one of the largest firms in the world and having been in this profession for 27 years, I can confidently say he is one of if not the best lawyer I have ever personally dealt with.

Very Kind and Understanding. Truly care for his client

Mr. Barry Yablen has helped me through my divorce successfully. Because of him I got full custody of my son and my home. Not being from this country, I did not know of my rights and Barry and his team made sure that I wad fairly represented. My divorce process was peaceful and amicable and short. He... also understood my financial circumstances and his law firm made a good affordable arrangement for me.
