Let me begin by saying that Frank Gaviria is an excellent attorney. I know, because he came through for me big time...twice!!! But I get ahead of myself. So how do you know who to pick? Ask yourself this question. 'What's the reason to pick one guy over the other'? Because he'll get the job done, ...right? You need confidence in this person from the start. Did I have this necessary confidence in Frank, did I feel he could get the job done? Yes I did. And you know what? Frank Gaviria GOT THE JOB DONE. So why do I say this? Let me tell you. I have had the occasion to seek legal counsel twice in the last two years. First, for a relative who had a complicated case that involved not only a legal mess that needed sorting out but also serious health issues that necessitated which ever attorney I chose would take quick and effective action. I happened to know someone I trust in the legal field. So I called him and without hesitation he said 'call Frank Gaviria, he is really tops in criminal defense'. So I did. Let me tell you something about this guy. My first impression found him to be pleasant and unpretentious but very confident. But unlike some of these other guys, he's not a big talking braggart. In fact, I would say he is actually modest, in a very stealth kind of way. Because, as I found out, he knows the system and the people who run it, the prosecutors, their assistants and probably even the paralegals. And from what I saw, it looks like they respect him and his ability. So, that means he can communicate with them and have a 'dialog' from the start about your case. I also found out that he is a real ‘bulldog’. He has tenacity, he doesn't slack or let go. And it was obvious that he has substantial smarts. This and his years of experience, his contacts and good relationships with the prosecutors speak for him. And they speak volumes with the great results he gets. Because in short order he brought our very serious case to a fast close (and this was during the Xmas holidays even) with the best outcome possible. That’s not all. As I mentioned above, I again needed legal help for the second time recently. This time for myself. Excuse the language, but for ‘B.S.’ charges against me that were, nonetheless, very serious. So I called Frank again. He heard me out on the phone and saw me in his office almost immediately. And as I found out, he’s very hands on as well. Yes, he does his job effectively as you would expect a real professional should, but there’s more. He has an edge. He showed me that he wasn’t just going through the steps. He won’t talk your ear off and won’t B.S. you but he does what he says he will do and all without leading you on or ‘blowing smoke’. From our conversations, his demeanor in court, and seeing how he easily interacts with the prosecutors and court officials I could see he is a winner. But what counts most are the results he has gotten for me. Frank is just who I wanted and definitely needed in my corner. And I would think he’s who anyone would want on their side, a fierce competitor who wants to win for himself and most importantly, for you. H-
