She actively represents creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and has extensive experience in bankruptcy adversary proceedings. She has prevailed against such adversaries as the Internal Revenue Service and opposing bankruptcy trustees, and her cases have resulted in published and game-changing case law. Her authored books include Freedom From Debt: Taking Control of Financial Crisis and Best Practices For Filing Chapter 13. Attorney Frank is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, among others.

Julianne saved my business
I had a very successful Ecommerce business for nearly a decade. I put a lot of trust in people and unfortunately I was a victim of credit card fraud in the tune of over 2 million dollars. The company was doing so good that I didnt even know I was being robbed until I noticed I was paying bills later and later then ever before. I did what ever I could to rebound from in prior to filing for Chapter 11. Once I learned more about what Julianne could do, I decided to file. It was the smoothest process and Julianne has been doing this for 4 decades so she is the only choice when it comes to this matter. I am not proud that I had to file chapter 11 for my business but I am grateful for Julianne Frank. Now my company is free of debt and im on my back up! Thank you Julianne

Great Experience that gave me a fresh start
Julianne handled my personal bankruptcy in 2013 following a failed business venture. She handled it professionally and did an excellent job all around. Most important is the fact that this allowed me to get a fresh start in life and rebuild my credit and savings. After 4 years my credit score is good - I own two real estate properties at god interest rates as well as two automobiles. The future is bright and I am again able to look ahead to retirement.
