Consultation Tax Deed auctions

Mr.Russo went out of his way to research the title report I sent and was even able to provide additional documentation that I would have never been able to find myself. He's extremely knowledgeable in real estate law and goes out of his way to help you. I had all my answers questioned.

Did a great job removing negative item on credit report!

I hired Mr. Russo a few weeks ago to remove an inaccurate, and negative item from my credit report. Within days of contacting him, he examined my documents, and sent out a letter to the credit bureau informing them of their liability for inaccurate reporting. About two weeks after he sent the letter out, the credit bureau removed the item. What is most educational about my experience is that the credit bureaus ignored a similar letter I'd written to them months earlier. Obviously, they pay more attention to one sent by an attorney. If you have inaccurate items on your credit report, I'd highly recommend Mr. Russo to take care of them. An attorney's fee is much cheaper than the cost of having "bad credit!"

Knows His Stuff

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER

I had a rather complicated case to present and I found Mr. Russo to be very responsive and knowledgeable. He helped me through the details and was quick to offer detailed responses to my multitude of questions. We may not be able to find the resolution we wanted but he gave it every effort he possibly could under the circumstances. We could only go as far as a demand letter but the points in this case were complicated and his charges were more than reasonable. I am still hoping to pursue the issue and I know Mr. Russo will be there to ensure that I proceed in the right direction. I would say that , in issues of litigation and funds recovery ( which was my issue), anyone would find Mr. Russo to be an honorable lawyer and would not be disappointed in his wide range of abilities and his dedication to truly assisting his clients.

Very Professional

Attorney Russo was referred to us by an Attorney in the Keys as an expert in Bankruptcy cases. We needed help real fast to respond to our Foreclosure Judgement on a homeowner who had filed a Chapter 13.
