Biography
The Law Offices of Frank Shaughnessy, P.A. was a boutique law firm with a sole practitioner who primarily practiced personal injury law. I was an insurance adjuster for 25+ years and handled all types of claims including: auto, trucking, motorcycle, boating, slip and fall and defective products. I also handled property damage, homeowners, and insurance coverage claims.
At one time I worked with a national insurance company and handled all of the commercial trucking claims that involved fatalities west of the Mississippi.
With my extensive insurance background I could have helped you get the best outcome.
My office is closed, so you missed out on your chance to have me work for you. Good luck, don't hire the TV attorneys and if the attorney you want to use does not do the initial interview and signing of the representation papers, run out of there. The attorney is supposed to do those duties, not a secertary or paralegal. Good luck.

Very professional
When I reached out, and Mr Shaughnessy replied, he gave me hope for the outcome of my dire case. He's in Fl, I'm in CA, or I'd hire him in a second. His ethics inspire me to hope that the attorney I hired, will hopefully have a shred of Mr Shaughnessys integrety.

Worst Lawyer On PLANET
Contacted this lawyer, and his comments were rude, unnecessary and impudent. Seriously, if you have another option go with it, or if you can find another option do it. Never use this man!! He did not help with my problem at all and he actually tried to argue with me over a question. I don't know how ...

I believe reviewer is a law school student that was trying to use Avvo instead of going to the library. Or in the words of another attorney that responded to their question, was trying to cheat. Now they have turned to internet trolling. Good luck to them.

Extremely rude and conceding to an accident victim
I contacted Mr. Shaughnessy to request a consultation regarding a accident that I was involved in, and he was extremely rude to me, stating that I " I would have another option, but it would involve more driving ability than you possess." He stated this without reading and comprehending my statement ...

Replied last October 26, 2022The poster asked how to beat a traffic ticket when he had rear ended the driver ahead. They claimed that the other party had been driving aggressively and then stopped suddenly in front of them. I responded that the poster was following too closely. One should not hit the car ahead simply because the other party stops suddenly. The asker didn't like this observation. The asker never contacted my office or was in my office. I do possess more driving ability than this poster.
