Biography
I have been practicing law in southwestern Ohio for the past 27 years. As the senior attorney at my firm I feel it is my responsibility to mentor and assist the younger lawyers and pass on my experience to the associates in my office. By maintaining a smaller sized firm I believe we are better able to counsel our clients with all their legal needs by being accessible to them regardless of the hour. My firm maintains the philosophy that we mustpersonally be available to the clients. Our clients have direct contact with their attorney and are not dealing exclusively with our support staff. While paralegals and legal assistants play a vital role in our firm, it is essental that the clients know their lawyer and maintain an on going relationship with that attorney.

Settled my case!!
Spencer merk was my lawyer, and went beyond the personal injury part, and perused damages of my high end vehicle as well..he even had to get licensed out of state and consult with out of state attorneys...thank you for your diligent efforts in settling my case out of court!!!..

Fighting Bogus Unsafe Backing Ticket
