I have not heard from Mr. Romano until on or about the first week of November 2025 only to discuss a problem Katie Shea had made with the settlement checks. I called Mr romanos office 1 week prior to remind Ms. Shea that the settlement checks had to be under a certain amount or I could not cash the...m. She mailed them out October 31st and when I called again to check on them Ms. Shea mentioned that she wrote it down on her desk and she still forgot. I was then instructed that I could come by the office to pick up the corrected checks that I had requested. Their office is located 50 minutes from me and Ms. Shea told me that their office closes promptly at 5 knowing I have had 4 surgeries and a chronic back pain patient. I was told by Ms. Shea that new checks could not be sent out until I receive the incorrect ones. I had a second call from Mr. Romano he proceeded to ask why I was told by Ms. Shea that he tends to negotiate and get a higher amount for the medical portion in order for the client to have extra money. I got $761 after my medical bills were paid. I asked Mr Romano for an itemized statement of my medical bills and how much was paid and my questions were ignored.

Lay off my brother I'm very friendly with law enforcement and I'm not even a lawyer I'm a national songwriter I know alot of lawyers in the library of congress and alot of our presidents respect me I'm no more fond of Dan than any of u but nobody is above the law and your slanderous accusations will ...be prosecuted and not tolerated any longer if u continue living about my brother not be abuse he is my brother but imagine good sumaraton I would defend anyone being slandered my dear friend bill gatzimos says Dan is a great lawyer and bill does not lie

You did fumble the ball on my case big time..... took a few years but a person came to me and told me I was right. No I won't smear the what was going on at the time. But I lost a lot leaving Swartz and Swartz. Don't say this is fake or someone you beat in court. You were in a bad place at a bad... time. I am paying it for the rest ignition life because you had other issues. I called you out and you bullied me.. not professional at that time. Maybe now hindsight is 20/20 but to late for me. I hope you got what you needed. I pray for you and your wife.

He is the worst attorney. He yelled at me to take the money. I was very upset. He owns you. Very arrogant client controller. I tried to dispose of him he said I could not. Another attorney stuck up for me i because he was a no show. Worst time of my life. He knows why. He could have had video of acc...ident but was too busy.. would have been a slam dunk. Thanks for all the paini am still enduring because you think you know it all. Well you screwed my case up. Hope you sleep well. I know I can’t. Shame on you your pawn.

He told us what would happen throughout, got an arbitration award from Detroit before bankruptcy and refused to take less when Detroit tried to get us to. He told us we were going to get them to pay 100% on Our case against the police. He was right! He knows the law and is always nice. Busy guy... but he will get back to you. No BS
