He took the time to visit me while I was in jail and listened to my side of events. He then worked diligently with the prosecuto...

"Both Professional and proficient in the law made Darryl a formidable advisory. He is a great Criminal Defense attorney!"
"I endorse this lawyer. I worked as opposing counsel against Daryl when I was an Assistant State Attorney. Daryl is always professional and reasonable. He knows how to negotiate and advocates for his clients. I endorse him."

"I endorse this lawyer. I met Darryl when I first started practicing in Orange County while he was still with the Public Defenders office. Even then he made an impression on me with his dedication to the pursuit of justice and dedication to his clients."
"I absolutely endorse Darryl Smith. He is an absolutely incredible attorney. He is not only passionate and knowledgeable, but he has the calm, steady demeanor you want in an advocate. He truly cares about his clients and is a tireless worker."
"Mr. Smith is my law partner and a friend. I have truly never seen anyone who cares more about his clients than he does. I have seen him working countless nights, weekends, 4am wake up calls....he goes above and beyond in every single case."
"Darryl Smith is a dual-threat lawyer. He has the rare combination of being extremely knowledgeable in the area of criminal law, well-prepared on his cases and the unique ability to relay arguments to the judge and jury. Some attorneys are sharp but can not communicate, others are slick talkers but don't know a thing about what they are arguing. Darryl is the best of both worlds. Consider yourself in good hands if you are fortunate enough to have Darryl as your attorney."
"I endorse this lawyer. This well-spoken young attorney is aggressive in his representation for his clients. His knowledge of criminal defense is broad and superior when compared to many lawyers I have met in this field. His presence can intimidate opposing counsels. ( I tell him it's because of his height) I would recommend this man for any legal issue.."
