James Cordie Weart

I was pulled over on my motorcycle with no probable cause. I was arrested under charges. James Weart fought for my license and it was returned and The charges were dropped. James took my call in middle of the night and was there every step of the way. When you find yourself in a situation like this, ...you need a friend and an aggressive lawyer! I consider James Weart to be the best of both.

Came highly recommended by two individuals that I know (two completely different cases ) quite the coincidence . I just want to state , I've used Mr . Weart on several occasions years apart with an end result that's outstanding . I'm moving forward with my career and have no closed doors in my path ... I can't be more thankful . I can truthfully say he knows his stuff and being a one man team still finds a way to stay on top of each and every case .

I was in jail and he got me out the next morning and kept me informed unless he was in court then his staff had all the updates for my case. he got the case thrown out for something the policemen didn't do the right way on his paper work. It was well worth the money not to deal with other out come fo...r sure I keep his card with me all the time....

James came highly recommended through several of his past clients. However after using his services I found that it is nearly impossible to get an update on your case with him directly. Instead you have to discuss through his administrative staff and they will get answers for your questions and call ...you back. If those answers then lead to follow up questions then you quickly find that your time is not valued by their office at all. However in the few meetings that were about him being hired there was easily time set aside and you were not rushed at all of course. Jim will tell you what you want to hear and then as you get closer to a court date he will then "modify" what to expect. His staff is unprofessional when dealing with complaints and do not know how to keep their cool. If you show the slightest dissatisfaction you are confronted with an attitude and become very defensive. He does not work very quickly and he will not push for anything against the grain on your behalf.
