Mr. Weart is an outstanding lawyer. So thankful, I was referred to Mr. Weart by my bail bondsman. From day one, he took on my DUI case. I met Mr. Weart in 2012, where I hired him to represent my brother in a possession/trafficking charge. He was able to work with my brother and got him a very minimal sentence of 6 months and probation. After that, my brother violated probation and Mr. Weart went to work for him again and was able to ...get him sent to a residential rehabilitation program instead of prison time. Fast forward a few years, and there was another violation and Mr. Weart was able to help my brother get into an outpatient program instead of time in prison. I received a DUI in October of 2015, I fell through the cracks in the courts for 6+ months. When I was finally put on docket court gave me a week and a half before my first appearance.
