I received a DUI in October of 2015, I fell through the cracks in the courts for 6+ months. When I was finally put on docket court gave me a week and a half before my first appearance. My son was facing life with out ever getting out. He had a public defender for 19 months and went and seen my son a total of 4 times during the 19 months.
