James weart was hired a year or so ago. When we hired him my the judge was about to sentence me and we hired him last minute. He had little time to do anything but yet for minimum 4-25 years or to life reduced to just 15yrs papers. He was on top of my case did as he said he would and more. When I was... down and unsure of the outcome he reassured me things would be fine and they where. Even though I have been sentenced he still helps me with my problems through probation. My family and I greatly appreciate his hard work he has provided for us, I know he would do the same for anyone else.

Mr. James C Weart is very competitive. He will only take a case where he knows he will get his way 100%. I had started with 3 accounts: R.I.C.O, Aiding and Betting for the proceeds of prostitution and Deriving support for the proceeds of prostitution. I was facing 20 plus years. When he introduced hi...mself to me I was very vulnerable, scared, and confused. Without me saying a word he knew that I was innocent. My childs father took advantage of my selflessness and naive-ness and used me to do illegal things. All because I was in-love, I was in a position that I never thought in a million years I would go through. Mr. Weart proclaimed his belief in me, told me about his background and gave me his two sense about how I had to open my eyes and see the scum bag (my child's father) for who he truly was; all before, to assure that I wanted an out because he wasn't going to waste time. Not like your typical lawyer that just wants to take your money. Today I stand free, proceeding a college education, a great mother and facing zero time- all 3 accounts dismissed. Mr. Weart is worth every second of every minute and every penny in every dollar spent. You will not regret him. (P.S don't waste his time) lol

I went to James Weart for a DUI charge. He came highly recommended by people I know. James told me what I needed to hear about my case as opposed to what I wanted to hear. He is very honest. As a result, the DUI charge got thrown out due to James challenging the State Attorney on the charge with hi...s legal knowledge converting it to a powerful force in the courtroom. The State Attorney backed off because James is a bulldog in the courtroom. I seriously believe that if I had a lawyer with a weak reputation, the State would have taken it to trial to try and convict me. James kept that from happening because they knew therr was a good chance that they were going to lose if it went to trial with James as my lawyer. He cares about his clients and has that drive to win. He is not the typical attorney that tells you he will fight for you and takes your money and then lays down on you and rolls over. James Weart is a stand up man. He has honor, dignity and respect. He is a true Spartan Lawyer. He will fight for you to win. He likes to win. That is a beautiful thing for a criminal lawyer to have as a primary drive force. His fees were fair and reasonable as well . Also, his staff is very good. Everytime I called I was able to talk with his assistant, Carlos, who is a great guy and very personable. All in all, James Weart is the best.. He is also on my Facebook. I have such deep appreciation for my experiences with Mr. Weart... I went to Mr. Weart for my grandson. It was a serious case but one that he could have been able to get resolved without too much problem but of course while he was presenting motions on my grandsons behalf I had to notify him that he... (grandson) had committed the same offense only worse in another county. This latest would have brought a 15 year sentence. Mr Weart through his hard work and persistence was able to get the cases combined and then get probation with license limitations for us. This should have been the end of his work for us but...After all his work was completed I contacted him again because the DMV would not honor the judges verdict for a BPO lic. He worked with the judge and prosecutor to assure that my grandson didn't lose his job for outdated verbiage and the DMV had to honor the decision. My grandson was able to comply and, importantly, to also keep his job. Mr Weart went above and beyond when someone else would have written my grandson off. He most certainly did more than he was paid for. He actually declined any payment for the extra work put on him and his office. I love this man and his assistants for making a devastating experience bearable and keeping it positive.

Mr. Weart was highly recommended to me by very respectful people of the community! Right from the beginning, Mr. Weart reviewed my case, which had me stressing, that I would face "two" felony charges. After the review, he said that his goal was two reduce the felonies to a misdemeanor 2, (which is ...the lowest affense you can receive). Mr. Weart stayed true to his word and got my felonies reduced to a misdemeanor 2. I broke out into tears because, if I faced felony charges, my career would have been "over!!!" I expressed my gratitude to this man because he saved my life!!! I "highly" recommend him!!! Mr. Weart's staff were completely professional and respectful! "Never" did they treat me bad or made false promises!!! We all make mistakes and we are all human....Mr. Weart recognizes that and puts his heart into your case and helps you repair your life, regardless of the situation.....He is also human and goes up and beyond to save your butt!!! Anywho, overall, I thank you so much, Mr. Weart!!! You and your staff are truly "gems!" Because of Mr. Weart and his staff, I'm able to put this nightmare behind me!
