Michele Bernard has lied and set false expectations of getting my support adjusted . After the hearing she didn’t bother to follow up with me not even after that meeting . She took my money and ran off offering no assistance that she told me she could help with . She coerced me into paying for her se...rvices making it seem as if it was do or die and have not came through with anything and I’m still stuck at square 1 with no true guidance, a jacked up fee in support and no custody order and parental planning in place …… ROBBERY !!!!!!

I first hired Mrs Bernard a couple years ago for a contempt child support and injunction case. Mrs. Bernard worked with me and explained the process and help me get the child support case resolved. I hired her again late last year to have my injunction removed and have some other issues resolved and... closed, which she also did. I am so very thankful for Mrs Bernard for helping me with this matter. I highly recommend her services to anyone who is going through same issues i went through.

Michele Bernard is the best. She was the only one who really listen to my problems and actually cared. My ex made things very hard and Michele stuck with me during all of it from the get go. when we went to trial I was so impressed because normally she is so nice and easy to talk to but at the trial ...she was so amazing getting my ex to practically admit to everything and commanding everything I would not want to be against her! I am so happy I got equal timesharing with me boys and reduced my child support so it’s fair. I’m grateful for her and will always give all my friends her info if they need someone.

Michele went beyond what I expected with my case. My case was dis established paternity and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Looking for an attorney was hard enough and coming up with the funds were harder, Michele setup a payment agreement with me and didn't let that effect my case at all! I... let her do her job without hassling her and in the end I won my case not having to pay child support for a kid not mines and removing my last name off that child. She is truly an amazing person and will work her butt off for you, just have some patience and your outcome will be extraordinary !! Once again thank you I will definitely use again if needed!!
