Michelle has represented me through a lengthy divorce. At every step, she was right there with me on the details and nuances that I was always afraid would get lost because at this point, some of the testimony/court dates are years old! It was a relief to feel like she was as invested in the outcome ...as I was. I feel like she fought as hard as I would if I had the same legal knowledge. I feel like I got the best possible outcome for my situation and that she brought her all to my final hearing. I also felt like her advice was sound; she was able to temper my expectations well, from costs/fees, strategy and likelihood of success. She also gave me pros/cons of avenues I could pursue that I hadn't even considered. I felt comfortable in the decisions I had to make. Honestly too, it's been an emotional roller-coaster for me and I appreciate that she was professional when I was upset with the process. I also felt good about sending her my concerns as they happened, and when the time was right to regroup it felt like she was all caught up. The few times I felt like I had something urgent, she also called immediately and I so appreciate her for that.

This atty sabotaged my case all she could to favor opposing party wealthy father to the point of having my sept 15th hearing cancelled while for the past 8 months that she has prevented my access to a court hearing prior and after my relocation to Brazil so "I'd give in and sign the detrimental off...er/agreement" but for ur bad luck I didnt sign any of urs and father's detrimental offer, by then u have submitted dcs to the court without my knowledge benefitting the wealthy 7 years absent father, you have lied I didnt give u financiall supporting evidence, you refused to file motions needed forcing me to file as Pro se (knowing fully well the judge would deny them), lied about requesting sole legal custody whe she first requested "ultimate decision making", and many more lies about me owing you money so you could try to withdrawl from the case. You did not only prejudiced my case, You have cause extreme devastation to my life, you caused my children to be deprived of school, healthcare and medical treatment for now more than90 days!!! The damage you have deliberately done against us detroyed my life in the US to the point of my bank account to be closed and 7 years of negative credit score. You will pay for all you have done Michelle! This is the exact message Im forwarding to FLorida Bar and attys online reviews, so there is not even an attempt of FL bar covering up your malpractice as they did to the prior atty. You FLorida attys do favor wealthy men (EVEN WHEN they have neglected/abandoned the chilldren fpr Years) as You told me on the phone when you took my case! But also you and other FL attys violate client's legal rights (without their knowleddge) invalidating their foreign judgements registered in FL, as if those court orders were modified in FL!!l). I cannot generalized but the three FL attys I filed a complaint against, to the FL Bar acted in the detrimental interest of minor children to favor wealthy perpetrators!!! That's not my opinion, these are facts I have evidence to prove! I'll make sure Michelle your malpractice, misconduct, inhumane actions won't harm or destroy anyone's lives because what you did could have easily killed any person as you literally destroyed my financial life and put my life and my children's lives under unbearable suffering.
