I could not be more thrilled with the beyond exceptional work of C. Ryan Morgan and his team for going to bat for me against my former employer! I was misclassified as an independent contractor so the company was keeping my overtime! C. Ryan Morgan was able to get me every penny owed and some! Wow....so much I can say, but first, thanks for all your hard work Ryan! When you are in the middle of a crazy case, you want to know your case is moving forward without worrying about what is happening or when you will hear from your lawyer. This, I had in Ryan. What professionalism! He was refe...rred to me by another attorney, initially to just assist with the case. He ended up taking over the case entirely (from out of state, on top of that) and once we settled the case (for less than what we had hoped), he didn't even charge me a fee. Who does this? Ryan Morgan did this for me. I heed his advice. I value his commitment, and I highly recommend his services.

My husband an I were't sure IF we had a case or how much of one. We went to see Ryan and he explained everything to us in great detail. And it was nice to have a free consultation. We did have a case as it turned out and that decision was ours once we had all the information we were seeking. There se...emed to be an awful lot of investigating going on for so many little facts and it got complicated at one point. Ryan was never ruffled over anything. He was the calm, pleasant voice on the line when we called with many questions - and he answered all of them. We didn't have to call him three times either; if we called he got on the line or called us back the same day. His concern was always for us and that's rare these days! He's also very smart, always seemed to be thinking a few steps ahead. Our case was settled.
