Thank you for reading my profile. I have been a successful Trial Attorney in Central Florida since 1978. I began my career as a Government Attorney and for 4 years I tried hundreds of cases in the Courts of Orlando from DUI’s to First Degree Murder and everything in between (Traffic, Driver’s License cases, Assault and Battery (misdemeanor and felony), Sex Crimes, Robbery, Burglary, Domestic Violence, False Imprisonment, Drug Possession—sale/delivery, Firearm Violations, Trafficking, RICO, Homicide, all Theft, Juvenile cases and Appeals). I have enjoyed my career and duties every single day because I love my job and interacting with all participants in the “system” including Judges, Attorneys, Prosecutors, Mediators, Law Enforcement AND CLIENTS. It is a complicated system. I understand it fully, I can explain it simply and navigate it effectively.

In 1982 I opened my Private Practice and began handling all Family Law cases (with great success), including Divorce, Custody, Child Support, Department of Revenue support cases, Parenting Plans, Alimony, Relocation, Modifications, Contempt, Enforcement and Paternity cases involving children born out of wedlock.
