I've devoted my career to defending freedom and protecting artistic expression. My focus is online media. I head up Walters Law Group, which provides legal guidance to clients across the globe including website operators, software developers, online service providers, and gaming companies. Our attorneys often help clients in fields where the law is uncertain or unsettled. A substantial percentage of our clients operate in the adult, gaming, social media, advertising, and sweepstakes industries. I have developed a passion for First Amendment issues, and frequently handle cases involving censorship of protected speech.
