I went to Lewis Roberts after being laid off as a corporate manager of the largest Title Ins co. in our nation. I found my self with investment properties that were now empty due to the market decline. I had just built onto our own home and had a new born child & no income. Things were spiraling out... of control fast! I had to find a way to keep what we had worked so hard for while letting of go of the assets that we could not pay for ourselves and had no chance in renting or selling for its worth. Lewis counseled us and placed us in a Ch 13. Today, we made our final payment on that bankruptcy and will be discharged early! Having the knowledge in finance and real estate that I had, I contacted Lewis several times in regards to many "ifs, ands or buts" but he was always quite responsive and quick in those responses. I believe that it is difficult for someone of his knowledge to understand that not everyone is as knowledgeable as far as the terms and in the laws and regulations related to such an intense action such as a bankruptcy; but together we managed to figure out how to communicate effectively and meet on neutral ground. Lewis was willing to do that and has been an asset in putting us on a path back to comfort. I recommend him & his staff.

Very responsive and knowledgeable lawyer

Every time I had a question about my bankruptcy case I could always count on a timely response to my questions. I can only imagine the amount of questions he must get daily from all of his clients and it is truly telling of how much he cares that he takes the time to reply to what must seem like mund...ane questions and in such a timely manner. I have heard from others how impossible it is to get a hold of their lawyer to ask them something. With Lewis Roberts, you most assuredly do not have to worry about that. The majority of us have never had this experience before and like I did relied completely on him for getting all of the information needed and questions answered during this difficult time. It for me was always a relief when I heard back from him so quickly after emailing yet another question which I thought may be an issue when in fact it was not a big deal upon reading his replies. I have referenced him and his firm in conversations with others and have highly recommended his services to them. Lewis Roberts is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the in's and out's of filing and going through a bankruptcy.

Friendly, Professional and Extremely Competent Bankruptcy Lawyer

We would like to express our appreciation and satisfaction with Lewis Robert's representation. We recently had our Chapter 7, 341 hearing. During the wait time that preceded our hearing we had the opportunity to hear the cases of other petitioners and their counsel. It was remarkable how different... our case was when it came to be our turn. The Trustee asked us the "standard" questions and had to search for other questions to ask since the petition was obviously very thorough and complete. In short, our case took less time than any of the others ahead of us even though it was considerably more complex. We were also impressed with Mr. Lewis' associate counsel who attended the meeting with us, as he presented himself in a very professional manner. We are pleased to offer our recommendation to anyone we know who might be in need of Mr. Lewis' services.

Quick Response - HIghly Informative Bankruptcy Attorney
