Chap 13

Lewis Roberts is my BK attorney. I really appreciate his legal expertise and promptness in responding to my emails. He is truly the best lawyer I have ever worked with. His work ethics and professionalism is superb. I highly recommend Atty. Roberts.

Excellent attorney

Mr. Roberts represented my wife, and myself on our bankruptcy. He is extremely knowledgeable, and was very helpful with all our concerns, and questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know who could use his services.

Excellent Lawyer Experience

A friend had recommended Mr. Roberts when I needed to file bankruptcy. I recently had a negative attorney experience, so I was a little hesitant. Immediately after my first meeting with Lewis, I knew I was in good hands. He explained the entire process, guided me with all my questions and made a d...ifficult situation manageable. Throughout the process, he kept me informed and was always looking out for my best interest. What a concept! We did encounter a challenge towards the end (related to a separate prior divorce). Lewis went the extra mile for me and resolved what could have been a major problem. That's when you know you're in the right hands! Needless to say, it is with total confidence that I can say Lewis Roberts will be the best decision you can make!

Chapter 7

I was in a car accident 5 years ago, I had insurance, but not enough coverage. They came after me for $22,000.00, and won the case, in a matter of 3 months they were garnishing my wages and they suspended my license. I decided to file for Chapter 7 and I chose Attorney Roberts, not only because o...f the many reviews, but because he was super professional, and was able to answer any questions I had. Everything went super smoothly and the pieces of my life are coming back together.

knowledgeable, personal, and expert help

I spent 11 months with another "Big Name" firm that could not answer my questions or get me direct access to an attorney. They had me setup in a way that was going to cost me thousands of extra dollars in "buy backs." Instead I ended up paying nothing in "buy backs" and had my questions answered pr...omptly and everything was done in approximately 20 days. I am very thankful for Mr. Roberts help and expertise!
