Fantastic lawyer for resolving private student loans

I defaulted on my private student loan due to unforeseeable circumstances and was sued. Attorneys Lewis Roberts and Jonathan Paul defended the suit for me and got the entire case dismissed. I owe no money to lender now. I am so grateful I found these attorneys; they are literally allowing me to begin... my life again without an enormous ($40k) judgment hanging over my head. They were helpful, courteous and took the time to answer all of my questions, while guiding me through what was (to me) a scary process. They were always available by email and/or phone. I can't say enough positive things about them and would highly, highly recommended them if you are having debt/student loan issues. And, did I mention, they won the case?!!

Chapter 7

I was in a car accident 5 years ago, I had insurance, but not enough coverage. They came after me for $22,000.00, and won the case, in a matter of 3 months they were garnishing my wages and they suspended my license. I decided to file for Chapter 7 and I chose Attorney Roberts, not only because o...f the many reviews, but because he was super professional, and was able to answer any questions I had. Everything went super smoothly and the pieces of my life are coming back together.

Brilliant lawyer who I owe Everything to. Best Decision I ever made was hiring him. I can't say enough about him! Thank you!

Lewis Roberts is a brilliant lawyer and I owe EVERYTHING to this man and his staff. I was drowning in student loan debt, being garnished unable to breath and he was able to stop the garnishment and help me continue my life. Best Decision I ever made was hiring this man. My only regret was not hirin...g him sooner. I will recommend him to anyone who needs a strong, aggressive, knowledgeable lawyer who will fight for you!

Very helpful lawyer

I contacted him regarding an issue I had with a civil suit related to my credit card bills. He answered my question even though he was fully aware that my situation would not require a lawyer (meaning he would make no money). In fact he gave me additional information and tips to help my situation bey...ond what I even asked. This is the type of lawyer you need to come see when you have an issue. You can expect honest service from him.

Exceeded our expectations.

We made a living on two incomes and when my second income was lost due to the down turn in the economy we had no choice but to file bankruptcy. I was stressed, embarrassed, and had no clue what to do. I Google searched bankruptcy information and found Roberts Law Firm and completed the online assessm...ent around 8pm. The next day around 9am I was contacted by Mr. Roberts. We had a more in depth conversation about our finances and we were given all our options. Everything was clearly explained. I felt from the beginning that they were sincere and willing to help make our misfortunate event as easy as possible. From beginning to end they were there every step of the way. I knew one other person that had to file bankruptcy in the past and it was a nightmare for them. We had the best experience you could get out of it. As soon as we began working with their office all our stress went away and they stopped the harassing phone calls. I felt that maybe once it was all said and done we might have problems and they would not be so eager to help but as it turned out a year later they exceeded my expectations again. We had a creditor that had wrong information and started calling and being rude to us and claiming false information. When I contacted Mr. Roberts Law office about the issue they were very fast to address the issue. If Mr. Roberts was not in the office working on the issue then Dee was. It seemed like someone was always in contact with me keeping me updated on the status. They were wonderful! I cannot speak highly enough of them. From the beginning to end and even well after the bankruptcy they were outstanding. I would refer them to everyone! We have met others who have also filed in the past and no one has spoke of such a good experience they all say we were lucky to find such a good lawyer. They all wish they would have used Roberts Law Firm instead of the lawyers they had chosen. Thank You to everyone in Robert's Law Firm who helped us we really appreciate everything you have done for us! For anyone who has to go down the road of bankruptcy Robert's Law Firm is THE ONLY good choice in my book. Give them a call and I know you'll agree.
