Compassionate, Professional and Knowledgable

Lewis Roberts and his staff did an excellent job assisting my husband and I with our bankruptcy/foreclosure. Our first meeting was informative and provided us with the information we needed to make a informed decision. He answered all questions through out the whole process and always responded quick...ly. The whole staff is kind and compassionate. They understand this is a stressful time for people and they give reassurance and support. I have never regretted hiring him as our attorney and would recommend him to anyone facing financial difficulty and wanting to know their options. I wish all lawyers conducted themselves as he does. Words can never express the gratitude we have for all of his support and kindness during a difficult time in our life. So many emotions are experienced during this process that to have reassurance that all is going to work out means the world. He is a asset to his profession.

Excellent Job in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy

Lewis Roberts helped me in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. He did an excellent job and now has been discharged. He also helped me discharge any liability from an hoa and foreclosure debts. He was available via email and telephone communications and his staff was very professional.

Best Lawyer in Orlando area

My house was facing foreclosure and the only way to save it was to file bankruptcy. Lewis walked me through the prices sand was ready to answer my questions at any time of day or night even on weekends. He is very knowledgable, efficient and considerable at all times to your situation. Lewis always... kept me informed of any steps that he took or things that had to be complete. He made it easy for me through this difficult time. Lewis is very personable and he fights for you the consumer. He made me feel secure and comfortable and I knew that as long as he works on my case I'm in safe hands. I have worked with different attorneys and if I had to recommend or pick only one tha would be Lewis Roberts. His staff is also absolutely amazing. They help you with everything even little tiny details of making copies or mailing documents. Me and my family are greatful that we got opportunity to get to know Lewis and work with him. Today it is very hard to find the lawyer who wants to work for you because it is the right thing to do. Most of the time all you hear about attorneys are the fees that they charge and not the work that they do for you. Lewis Roberts is there for you and your family. If you have any difficulty, facing hard time in yor life - he is the key to your relief, success and peace. Thank you Lewis and your staff for all you do on daily basis, you are more than just appreciated. You saved my home for my family and if you change one persons life you changed the whole world!

A great law firm

I want everyone to know that philip karle at the Law Office of Lewis Roberts in Ormond Beach Florida is doing a great job and is very instrumental, diligent and professional handleing and holding back the bank from for my foreclosures. As a gentlman, he always treats me with respect and dignity and m...ake me feel confident in his work for me. Chapter 13 Bankruptcy

I was cautioned in the beginning that a small percentage of banks may file a claim for loss of value of house being foreclosed and one of the 2 did just that. In this Real Estate Market we were plowing new ground and my bankruptcy did not go as smoothly as anticipated. My Attorney's relationship with... the Trustee and Judges staff went a long way in keeping my case until completion. I had 2 rental properties that lost more than 50% of their value and lost my tennants and could no longer make mortgage payments. I did not think I was qualified to file Bankruptcy, but my Attorney walked me through the process. He was a real asset keeping me going.
