Lewis Roberts and his staff did an excellent job assisting my husband and I with our bankruptcy/foreclosure. Our first meeting was informative and provided us with the information we needed to make a informed decision. He answered all questions through out the whole process and always responded quick...ly. The whole staff is kind and compassionate. They understand this is a stressful time for people and they give reassurance and support. I have never regretted hiring him as our attorney and would recommend him to anyone facing financial difficulty and wanting to know their options. I wish all lawyers conducted themselves as he does. Words can never express the gratitude we have for all of his support and kindness during a difficult time in our life. So many emotions are experienced during this process that to have reassurance that all is going to work out means the world. He is a asset to his profession.

I consulted Lewis on several matters and was very impressed with his knowledge and honesty about what could and could not be done. I had previously worked with a large law firm for over 15 years and I have NEVER seen an attorney that was so responsive to his clients. He would email me almost immediat...ely whenever I sent him a question (no matter how small the matter). His work was done quickly and correctly and I was always informed as to what should be expected next. He returned phone calls promptly and acted quickly on whatever was being asked of him. Everything that could happen in a bankruptcy was explained. I was given recommendations with options and enough information to make good decisions. When issues came up they were dealt with before I called and asked. Proactive and professional are two words that come to mind. It is good to have a qual...ity professional to work with when you are dealing with the unknown, and let's face it, most people have not been through this in their lifetime. I always feel like Lewis has my best interest in mind, and would highly recommend his service if you are going through financial difficulties.

I went to Lewis Roberts after being laid off as a corporate manager of the largest Title Ins co. in our nation. I found my self with investment properties that were now empty due to the market decline. I had just built onto our own home and had a new born child & no income. Things were spiraling out... of control fast! I had to find a way to keep what we had worked so hard for while letting of go of the assets that we could not pay for ourselves and had no chance in renting or selling for its worth. Lewis counseled us and placed us in a Ch 13. Today, we made our final payment on that bankruptcy and will be discharged early! Having the knowledge in finance and real estate that I had, I contacted Lewis several times in regards to many "ifs, ands or buts" but he was always quite responsive and quick in those responses. I believe that it is difficult for someone of his knowledge to understand that not everyone is as knowledgeable as far as the terms and in the laws and regulations related to such an intense action such as a bankruptcy; but together we managed to figure out how to communicate effectively and meet on neutral ground. Lewis was willing to do that and has been an asset in putting us on a path back to comfort. I recommend him & his staff.
