Replied last April 19, 2023Dear review writer, We acknowledge your frustration with the system of obtaining driver's license for people in your situation. However, first, we would like to point out that you are making material misrepresentations in your review. Specifically, our firm was not retained to obtain your driver's license. Instead, as you also mentioned we were retained to file for your Immigration Case. Specifically, as you mentioned yourself, to file for your asylum case. As per your own review, we have fulfilled our contractual agreement and filed asylum case on your behalf timely despite EXTREMELY tight deadline that you presented at the time when contacted our office. We charged you additional fee for working nights and weekends as per your REQUEST and signed agreement. We have done everything we have been hired to do and have done it well. However, although we always go over and above to assist our clients with any other matters we are able to assist them with, in your particular situation for reasons that we will not discuss in this public forum (you know what they are), you were not yet able to obtain a driver's license YET due to DMV refusal to do so. We can not change that because this is the law. This was communicated to you by your attorney on more than one occasion. Additionally, as discussed with your attorney, you are in violation of your obligations as per agreement with our firm. This was also communicated to you by your attorney on more than one occasion. Please note, your review was forwarded to our legal team as it amounts to defamation. The information provided to you and calling our attorney incompetent despite the work performed in your case successfully, is not truthful.
