My journey began in the halls of a trauma center, where I witnessed life’s fragility and resilience as a trauma nurse. It was there that I learned the importance of proactive planning — especially after my late husband Hector faced his battle with a brain tumor. His strength and our shared experiences inspired me to pursue law, blending my nursing background with the legal world.
