Biography
My law practice focuses on disability law and personal injury law. I handle Social Security disability and SSI claims at all levels of the administrative review process, including the initial application, the request for reconsideration appeal, the request for hearing appeal; the hearing before an administrative law judge, and appeals before the Appeals Council. I also handle claims where insurance companies wrongfully deny Long Term Disability and/or Short Term Disability claim. Such claims are governed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, or ERISA.
I also handle all aspects of personal injury law for injuries suffered in the State of Florida. These types of claims include, but are not limited to: automobile or car accidents; motorcycle accidents; truck accidents; slip and fall accidents; trip and fall accidents; wrongful death claims, and other injuries due to the negligence of others.
I am licensed to practice law in all Florida state courts; the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
