Tracy Miller was recommended by my Dr, after becoming unable to work in the summer of 2021. She helped with all the initial paperwork and was very professional. After being denied, she filed for an appeal. She took care of everything. After a year and 8 months I was approved. Thank you Tracy and Tiffany!!

YOU CAN’T GO WRONG WITH MS. MILLER. RETAIN HER IMMEDIATELY!!! I was perturbed and felt marginalized by the Social Security Administration’s denial of my application for disability benefits. I paid into social security for over 40 years. I was in disbelief especially since my affliction was well documented. I retired early even though I was only in my mid fifties. I had no clue who to hire as an advocate to handle my appeal. I can’t tell you how many reviews I read through before choosing Ms. Miller’s Law Office to represent me. I was stepping out on faith that I was choosing the right person. After speaking to her assistant Ms. Floyd, I knew I chose the right lawyer. I will definitely recommend Ms. Miller to any and everyone I know who needs an excellent Social Security Disability Lawyer. I have reached out to them a few times since my case settled. EXCELLENT DISABILITY ATTORNEY OFFICE!
Tracy and her assistant Tiffany are excellent. They were there for me every step of the way. For me, that's to Federal Appeal. There was so much paperwork and communication associated with my claim and they handled almost all of it for me. It was comforting to have Tracy representing me during the hearings also. When you can barely get through the day, having someone handling your claim is a blessing. Highly Recommended!

Awesome!
Tracy and Tiffany were GREAT! We won the case! Tracy talked me off my tree of despondancy two or three times during the long, long process; she was always upbeat and encouraging that I should hang in there and see my case through. What patience she had! And Tiffany was always there to take care of the administrative work, making the seemingly endless stream of paperwork much easier for me to deal with and understand. Thank goodness I had Tracy and Tiffany on my side, as we traversed the arbitrary rocky landscape known as the Social Security system. The win would've NEVER happened without them!

An "A" attorney, knows exactly what needs to be done.
Tracy Miller is a knowledgeable, tough, go the distance attorney. She and her assistant where always on top of things and knew exactly what needed to be done and when. Give her the information she needs and follow her direction and you will be extremely happy with the results. She knew SSD law like no attorney I have ever spoken to. I have already recommended her to a friend in need of assistance. I would use Ms Miller again without question.

Aggressive disability attorney and highly recommended
Absolutely the best! Aggressive disability attorney and highly recommended. I filed for social security disability myself the first time and was denied. Tracy took my case and won. If I had a chance to do it all over again, I would have never even wasted my time and applied myself the first time. Tracy (and her assistant Tiffany) took care of everything. Her fees were on a contingency basis and extremely reasonable.

Being referred to Tracy was the best thing that could have happened for me. Outstanding Lawyer

Mrs. Miller's Office (Yes, THE OFFICE ARE ROCK STARS ALSO) was courteous, professional and talented. I felt 100% confident in knowing what was involved in my case, no FOO FOO BS. Excellent Choice for SSD Attorney
Second time I've used Tracy, both times for family members. Fiirst time was for my elderly brother who had a document disability since birth. She did that approved within two months off application. Second one was for my wife, who hurt her back at work and was in constant pain years after her treatment and subsequent surgery. Tracy completed that process within 5 months and qualified my wife for full disability. Based on my first experience with my brother, it was a no-brainer to contact Tracy for my wife's claim. As with most things in life that you want done correctly, you go with someone that is good at what they do. I knew Tracy would work hard for us, and never doubted the expected results. Also, a shout-out for her legal assistant, Tiffany. She was always available for questions and was very knowledgeable off the process.
