Best Team in Florida

I was sexually assaulted and in need of a lawyer. Richard Johnson and James Cook worked as a team to make sure Justice was served. They both made sure that I understood the whole legal process, explained the law, and outlined in clear language the steps in the process that were needed to be done. Phenomenal Lawyer!

From the start to the finish of my case, I knew I was in great hands with Richard E. Johnson, Attorney at Law. Wrongful Termination

Richard Johnson was the first attorney I seeked out to take on my case. I didn't have to look any further. He handled everything for my case. He was very thourgh and kept all communication lines open with me after I had to relocate to another area. Very professional and will represent you well. Like a knowledgeable friend

Rick took on my case of discrimination against a state university. He believed in me and worked with me for nearly 4 1/2 years of fighting the battle. Thru federal court (we won) then thru federal appeals court (we won again). He stood by me and fought to obtain justice for the wrongs committed against me. I would recommend him to anyone that has suffered from the actions of an employer who mistreats their employees

Outstanding In Every Sense

Rick Johnson represented me in an extremely contentious and complex employment litigation case against a large company. Would recommend to anyone needing help!

Rick helped me with a suit against a former employer; he was supportive and willing to walk me through the legal process. Rick reviewed my case, answered all my questions, told me about his background and what he recommended, this made me comfortable to hire and work with him. The case took it's twists and turns, Rick and his team kept me updated and requested information as needed. Even when I was slow responding, Rick was persistent with me (which I needed!) and kept on track. I felt that I had access to Rick and his team at all times, I never felt like a number. I've worked with other lawyers in the past (for other needs), yet I felt Rick was the most, reliable, relatable and 'real' with me; he was the right choice and I strongly recommend him.
