My parents taught me to always treat others as you would like to be treated.  Both my parents worked to provide for our family and they passed their work ethic to me.  The benefit I have is I enjoy my work helping people. 

Over the years I have been amazed as how insurance companies try and take advantage of people.  I have helped over a thousand clients during my legal career with their claims against insurance companies.  I have also been a volunteer advocate for people by speaking out against insurance company attempts to pass legislation to prevent injured victims from obtaining fair compensation for their injuries.  This advocacy has taken me to Tallahassee, where I have spoken before multiple legislative committees of the Florida House and Florida Senate on protecting the rights of injured accident victims.  The Florida Consumer Advocate invited me to serve on a blue ribbon panel discussion of Florida Motor Vehicle No-Fault Law.  I was the only practicing attorney who participated in a roundtable discussion with Governor Scott, CFO Atwater, and the Consumer Advocate concerning Florida No-Fault Insurance Coverage. 

I enjoy meeting with my clients and offer free consultations for all potential clients.

Exactly what I Hoped for!
I have Been listening to Glen Klausman on the radio for years. He is a frequent guess on a radio show, on real radio 104.1 Fm, answering callers questions. I have Never needed an attorney before, so naturally Glen was just the first person I thought Of. I was nervous at the same time, hoping Glen was the Lawyer I thought he was. Glen not only proved himself, to be exactly as elite as he claims. But also displayed a very passionate, humble, professionalism unmatched from any lawyer I could Have Imagine for myself. Glen also made my job very easy, all I had to worry about was my recovery. I will always recommend Glen. The littlest things matter
I was traveling home actually listening to Mr. Klausman when I was in an accident. I was hit by a car going relatively slow, I was fine but the car wasn't. I wasn't sure of the steps I needed to take so I called Glenn. He answered and graciously gave me advice on steps to take to protect me going forward. Today 6 weeks later, I have my car back. The information Glenn gave me helped me in knowing what the other drivers insurance company was going to do so I was prepared. That 5 minute phone call probably saved me months of heartache and frustration. Those little things really do matter!! Thanks Glenn!

What an amazing experience!
At a time when it's hard to speak to a live person let alone an attorney. Every single time called in I spoke with my attorney or actually spoke with Mr. KLAUSEMAN HIMSELF. CAN YOU IMAGINE MYSURPRISE WHENMR. KLAUSEMAN ASNSWERED HIS OWN PHONE! After having an accident and given the major run around, calling Mr. Klauseman's office was the best decision I could have made. So very helpful
I've listened to Colbert Court with Mr. Klausman on 104.1 since it began and I've learned a lot. I contacted Mr. Klausman via email regarding my auto insurance renewing and quotes that I received. Current insurance is jumping almost $600 a year and they explained that the reason is the cost of everything in Florida is going up. I explained to Mr. Klausman that I am a solo income so it's very important that I have the correct coverage and he responded to my email almost immediately. He so very generously looked over the quotes and gave his expert advice at no cost. I'm so relieved to know that I'm selecting the correct coverage. Thank you sir!

Cares for His Clients
I contacted Mr. Klausman in March when I fractured my wrist due to a fall caused by an unleashed dog. Mr. Klausman was very pleasant to work with and explained everything fully. Although this case was not a large money maker, Mr. Klausman treated me as if it was a million dollar case. He kept me informed throughout the process, and when there was a huge bump in the road that could greatly impact the amount of the settlement that I would receive, Mr. Klausman took that on too - at NO charge!! He informed me that he was tired of folks being taken advantage of by large insurance companies, and assured me he would fight hard to clear things up. His efforts were definitely not in vain, and he was able to successfully fight for my right to keep the full amount of the settlement. I highly recommend Mr. Klausman, and do not hesitate for a second to do so.

My accident case had me so stressed, on top of also having a new born. Glenn Klausman and his great staff helped reduce that stress so I could recover and spend time with the new born. He also got me a large percentage more than I expected. His staff was always friendly and explained everything well and cleared up any confusion I had regardless of the time. Glenn is very knowledgeable and has been very helpful, patient, diligent and empathetic throughout the whole process.
