At our firm we focus our practice on representing folks injured or killed as a result of negligence and/or unsafe practices. We passionately pursue justice and compensation for those who have suffered injury or loss due to the negligence of others. While in pursuit of justice we draw attention to dangerous conditions, procedures and practices, frequently forcing correction of these conditions and preventing similar occurrences from happening in the future. While in pursuit of justice we have caused roadway defects to be corrected, had unsafe medical procedures be reviewed and improved, had unsafe and defective premises repaired, and business establishments made safer and more secure. We have also seen products and services improved. Securing justice and compensation for our clients while forcing correction of unsafe conditions and making our communities safer is what we are all about.
