An attorney with a huge heart!

When we were faced with a possible foreclosure I started to receive copious amounts of letters, cards, and advertisements in the mail from numerous attorneys that "wanted to help". The one that stood out was from Alison Emery because so wrote a letter explaining how she could help us during this d...ifficult time. She wasn't about flair, but honest about wanting to make a difference for those she serves. She was able to assist us with a great modification on our mortgage that we had been unsuccessful at for three years on our own. To top it off she also was able to assist us with a loan strip of our second mortgage. She is honest, fair, and caring. Alison is always accessible for her clients - I have sent her emails with questions late at night or on the weekend's and was amazed at her quick response - yes even on the weekends. She met and answered questions for us regarding my mother-in-laws mortgage too and did that at no cost - that is unheard of these days! If you are in need of legal assistance you will want to have Alison represent you.

Life Saver, Solution maker

I came to Alison after being served with a foreclosure on my residence. I needed time to weigh my options to see what was best for my family. Alison was able to keep me in my home for almost 2 years after being served & negotiated a deed in lieu settlement which I also received $10,000.00 cash for ke...ys. With the extra time & cash for keys payment I was able to get my family the fresh start we needed. Thank you Alison you & your staff are life savers!

The Best In Northeast Florida

We contacted Mrs. Emery for legal advice and she recommended a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. She worked diligently for hours on the phone with us, explaining and reviewing all documents and information. She was available at all hours to answer our emails and provide reassurance. She went out of her way ...to accommodate us when we met with her personally. Two years into the plan, she has continued to work on our behalf, requesting no additional compensation. In addition to our case, she worked with our realtor to attempt to provide resolution of our property. issues. All inquiries to her office, were promptly addressed by her efficient staff. She provided immediate feedback to any inquiries. She provided stability and sound legal support and advice during a very difficult and trying time. Simply put....she is the best. She is straight to the point, honest, hardworking and diligent in her mission to protect her client. You couldn't ask for better.

Best Bankruptcy Lawyer

i had to file bankruptcy and Alison Emery was the best .i was very upset about it and she help me through the hole thing i am very thankful to her.a great weight was lifted of my shoulders.
