I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. I grew up with four older brothers and attended the University of Central Florida where I graduated summa cum laude, with a 4.0 GPA and a bachelor's degree in accounting in 1999. I then went on to attend law school at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law where I earned a juris doctorate degree, with honors, in 2002.

I have worked as an insurance defense litigation attorney for a large firm for 9 years and currently run my own practice. I focus my practice in the areas of landlord tenant disputes, HOA/Condo disputes, quiet title actions, foreclosure defense, contract law, wills and trusts and probating estates .
