I primarily mediate personal injury and commercial disputes, but also handle probate, contract, association, and a wide variety of civil matters. Now that I am a full-time mediator who is still Florida Bar Board Certified in Civil Trial Law, I can speak with experience and authority on the trial alternative to a mediated settlement agreement.
