An attorney with a huge heart!

When we were faced with a possible foreclosure I started to receive copious amounts of letters, cards, and advertisements in the mail from numerous attorneys that "wanted to help". The one that stood out was from Alison Emery because so wrote a letter explaining how she could help us during this d...ifficult time. She wasn't about flair, but honest about wanting to make a difference for those she serves. She was able to assist us with a great modification on our mortgage that we had been unsuccessful at for three years on our own. To top it off she also was able to assist us with a loan strip of our second mortgage. She is honest, fair, and caring. Alison is always accessible for her clients - I have sent her emails with questions late at night or on the weekend's and was amazed at her quick response - yes even on the weekends. She met and answered questions for us regarding my mother-in-laws mortgage too and did that at no cost - that is unheard of these days! If you are in need of legal assistance you will want to have Alison represent you.

Life Saver, Solution maker

I came to Alison after being served with a foreclosure on my residence. I needed time to weigh my options to see what was best for my family. Alison was able to keep me in my home for almost 2 years after being served & negotiated a deed in lieu settlement which I also received $10,000.00 cash for ke...ys. With the extra time & cash for keys payment I was able to get my family the fresh start we needed. Thank you Alison you & your staff are life savers!

WORST LAW FIRM EVER!!

Mrs Alison Emery has to be the worst lawyer out there! She has yet to make contact with me after I PAID HER IN FULL! She NEVER is available. I am so screwed by hiring her. NO NEGOTIATIONS BY HER TO MY CREDITORS OR ANYONE! ALL SHE DID WAS GET ME A PAYMENT PLAN ON DEBT I CANT PAY!! THIS IS THEIR I...DEA OF HELP!!! I THINK NOT!!

Fear no more, the solution is with Alison...

I am a person that, typically, can solve any problem. I thought this would be no different. After several failed attempts to resolve this debt, I was hopeless. I feared much of my hard work would be wasted. I spoke with several people, checked various consumer advocacy groups, and talked with some ...lawyers. Alison Emery was the person that seemed to be on everyone's list. It is abundantly clear why she was recommended. Even though I did not give her much time to work with, she expedited a resolution that exceeded expectations. Although extensive knowledge is paramount and validated, her personal interaction was comforting in this stressful time. She seems to genuinely care about helping people. If you are paralyzed by fear, and your situation seems irreparable, let Alison Emery ease your mind.

The most honest, trustworthy lawyer that I 've ever met.

We met 4 years ago when things looked gloomy. Ms. Emery gve me one price and in detail explained my options and she went to work for my family. We won the modification in a life changing result that I can only say was because Ms. Alison Embery fought so hard for my family. I will and am going to recc...ommend her to whoever I know that needs help. She is simply awesome.
