Help in my bad times

I consulted a G’ville lawyer and walked away with tears in my eyes and feeling even more “low.” I can’t take brutal honesty and this lawyer asked me upfront money if I need “more consultation time.” Kept on telling me that I don’t need to file BKPT and just buy a cheap phone to avoid creditors calls.... I sent email to Alison requesting for free consultation and that I would like to meet her in person, ended up as phone consultation. Alison’s gentle honesty helped me understand my options. I have No second thoughts and before we ended the phone consultation, I hired her as my Atty. She now represents me. I am looking forward for resolution. With Atty Alison, I am now receiving help in my bad times.

Alison Emery

Alison is a very committed attorney. I am disable so she came to my home to discuss our case. Her office handle every detail confidently and respect to our problem. My wife Phyllis and I would highly recommend her.

Best Bankruptcy Lawyer

i had to file bankruptcy and Alison Emery was the best .i was very upset about it and she help me through the hole thing i am very thankful to her.a great weight was lifted of my shoulders.

Excellent choice and easy to work with.

Alison cleaned up and enhanced my financial situation. I was in a bad time in my life and she explained my bankruptcy options thoroughly and did not make me feel judged whatsoever. She was very accommodating to my schedule, flexible and down to earth, which meant a lot to me. The only negative is tha...t after the 341 Meeting of the Creditors, but before discharge, there sometimes was a too much of a delay when I requested a status update on my case. I can honestly say that I will miss her correspondences, yet I hope I never have to use her bankruptcy services again. If I do, or if I ever meet someone who could use her services, I will definitely send them her way. At the end of the day, she thoroughly delivered to my satisfaction and I can finally move on with my life. Thank you, Alison.

Genuine & Caring

Alison made us feel at ease from the get go. We had some extraordinary circumstances which she not only took the time to listen to, but also researched to find the best alternative for us. I always felt that she was sympathetic and had a genuine concern for our well being beyond the reason for our ...hiring her. To put it simply she really cares about her clients and it shows! I've dealt with quite a few attorneys in the past, both as a client and in a working environment and she is a real gem. If she can help you, she will!
