I currently came aware of a misdemeanor shoplifting warrant put out for me from a year ago from Florida that I had no knowledge of as I live in another state now. He did this all while I was out of state and remind you resolved at my FIRST court date. Even for my sentencing court date he made an arrangement that I just fill out some notarized paperwork and he would appear again on my behalf since it would be again so hard finacially to travel back to Florida and have someone watch my baby. Let me end by saying I found out about my warrant and turned myself in July 6th 2016. I am writing this review August 4th 2016 This lawyer was that hardworking and efficient where he was able to help me thousands of miles away, guide me until I turned my self in, communicated with me constantly, went to my first court date August 3rd 2016 and resolved that day. Mr. Stephen Mosca did all this for me in LESS THAN A MONTH. STEPHEN MOSCA SHOULD BE YOUR ONLY CHOICE!

First off let me start off by letting you know about the back story to my case. I am currently 34 yrs old. My arrest was in 1999 when I was 18. I was dating a girl who at the time was 14 yrs old. The mother knew about us and decided to call the local police after I failed to bring her home on time t...o teach me a lesson and didn't know that I was to be arrested and charged with Lewd and Lascivious acts on a minor. So long story short I was put on sex offender probation, required to attend a sex offender group and also register as a sex offender FOR LIFE.
