"Tori' is goal oriented, with the highest attainable result, I could not have hoped for more, and I did not imagine it was even possible to have the options she obtained, it seemed like a miracle. Her immediate action and absolute understanding of the law and system made the process smooth and clear.... Non-judgemental and caring for my sons future was something I could not have anticipated and yet more than appreciated, she works with such passion, determination and as fast as possible. I hired Tori to represent me in a "sexual contact with a minor" charge. She asked me what I wanted to get in terms of an offer from the prosecutor. I told her to keep me out of prison, keep me off of the Sex Offenders List and keep me from being labeled as a Felon. After 3-4 months of going back and ...forth with the prosecutor, Tori was able to get my charges knocked down to "child abuse" and offer me a deal of 6 months county jail, 5 years probation and my charges to be considered a Withheld Adjudication instead of a Felony. "No Felony, no Prison, no Sex Offenders List!!!!!" After 2.5 years of my probation, I rehired Tori to represent me for a motion for early termination of my probation. She got this approved immediately so that I only did half of my 5 year probation. My bad decisions could have shadowed me for the rest of my life with the charges I was originally facing but thanks to Tori and her willingness to go to the mat for me, 3 years later, I can put this behind me with just a hard lesson learned. I would hire Tori again in a second if I needed to but I'm hoping I will never have that need again. Tori is very intelligent, she understands how the world works and what it takes to get the job done. Tori is very professional and depenable. Tori is Professional, Informed, Hard-Working, and knows how to win. She's helped me with multiple cases and I always know I can trust her to get me through it. She's always quick to get back to me right away with all of the details, and no matter how worried I am about what is going on she is calm,... smart, and very reassuring. Hopefully I'm never in trouble with the legal system again, but I know I can count on Tori to stand up for me.

While trying to protect the privacy of my family I will try to explain how amazing Tori was through the last few months. In a nutshell my child with pretty severe mental issues caused a nearly horrific outcome for our family. In one day our family went from typical in many ways to being ripped apar...t with no one willing to listen or look for the real cause. We needed an attorney quick. It was a good thing we did hire Tori because there are a lot if logical steps families in our situation take that in the world of law are not the right ones to take. Had it not been for her guidance we potentially could have made life altering mistakes in the handling of the situation. By some miracle we have gotten through this without the irreparable harm that could have been. No one had to face legal penalties from something they didn't do. I called and emailed Tori so often I had to be driving her crazy but she was always reassuring. She was right. Things did work out well in the end and we are moving forward with our lives. Ms. Mussallem represented me. She was very knowledgeable and on our first (and only) meeting provided me with a list of documentation that I needed to gather and send to her. She interviewed the appropriate people and provided sufficient information that the Prosecutor's office declined to file any... charges. I would certainly recommend her and would hire her again should I ever be unfortunate enough to have the need for a criminal attorney in the future.
