My husband was in immediate need of an attorney, which came as a shock to me. Socially, we know a dozen of them. When I contacted several, in a panic, and the same name kept coming up, I figured Tori could likely help us. Tori exceeded our expectations. I have never been in this situation. She w...as so very polite, calm and comforting when dealing with my husband and I. Tori never spoke down to us or judged us. She always dealt in facts and kept in consistent contact with me. Maybe this is her way or maybe she realized I needed to hear from her frequently, even when there was nothing to update me on. Tori was able to secure significantly reduced bail for my husband, refer me to a very responsive and compassionate bail bondsman, and quickly resolve the matter - with all charges dropped. Should I ever need a criminal defense attorney again, the only call I’ll make will be to Tori. She even put up with me hugging her several times, and I don’t think she’s much of a hugger. What can I say? She saved the day and our lives as we know it. We are eternally grateful.

First off, this was my first time (hopefully last time), I have to hire a lawyer for anything. It was not me, but someone very special to me that was arrested and a lot of times, it's pretty difficult for the person on "the outside" going through something like this. I hired Tori because of her great... reviews, her many years experience, she was respectful and understanding (many of them are a little rough around the edges) and that was last thing I needed. She was also very inexpensive compared to other quotes I had received. She worked a payment plan with me and asked me what I could afford. She understands your situation and how expensive "life" can be in general, and doesn't want to see you struggle just to pay her off. She ACTUALLY CARES about everyone involved. THAT was huge to me and if I have to ever hire another lawyer, she will be it. She's also very "real". She doesn't sugar-coat the potential of what could happen in court - she gives you all outcomes which was very nervous for me to hear, but it also prepares you. She's also great at communicating with you, she's easy to get in contact with and when she's busy, she will always call you back. She has great working relationships with many of the prosecutors in the area and strives for the best possible outcome for her client. In my case, what she did is what I call "a realistic miracle". He could have faced a lot more time - Tori cut the time in half of what was being offered, he was credited time that he already served and needless to say, he'll be out in 3.5 mths. I am very satisfied with Tori's efforts and I highly recommend her.

Tori Mussallem did a great job in advising & helping us thru an extremely difficult time for our family. She was always accessible & she gave us a tremendous sense of security about our case.
