Biography
Raymond B Joseph was born in Jacksonville, Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1978 with a BSBA in Finance. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1981 with a degree of the Juris Doctor. During law school, Raymond was a member of the Moot Court Team as well as the Phi Delta legal fraternity.
He was admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 1982. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association and The Jacksonville Bar. In 1993, he authored “An Ounce of Prevention Proven Strategies for Improving Collectibility.” He is a frequent speaker in the area of Creditor’s Rights and Business Law, speaking to both lawyers and business professionals.
