This is the worst attorney I have ever dealt with!! The assistant and attorney are best at selling themselves and promising the world. After paying more than others charge, I had to contact the attorney's office repeatedly without response. The attorney was over 45 minutes late to the meeting of the ...creditors and had no idea what my case was. He was arrogant with me after showing up to court late. After discharge which I had to call about, nothing was said or done. I have called repeatedly for advice on my home which was included only to be told now they are done with the case and that is between me and the mortgage company. I am now contacting The Florida Bar on this attorney!!!! Do Not Pay This Con.......

Unaware of a past debt from years and years ago, I was served a writ of garnishment. I approached Mr. Peters to negotiate handling this outside of a garnishment and he and his office handled it WONDERFULLY. Not only did this collections group settle for roughly 10% of the original debt they said I ow...ed, he also went above and beyond to make sure I received any and all wages back from the collections group.
