This is the worst attorney I have ever dealt with!! The assistant and attorney are best at selling themselves and promising the world. After paying more than others charge, I had to contact the attorney's office repeatedly without response. The attorney was over 45 minutes late to the meeting of the ...creditors and had no idea what my case was. He was arrogant with me after showing up to court late. After discharge which I had to call about, nothing was said or done. I have called repeatedly for advice on my home which was included only to be told now they are done with the case and that is between me and the mortgage company. I am now contacting The Florida Bar on this attorney!!!! Do Not Pay This Con.......

Scared to Death on my foray into the legal system and Bankruptcy! Thank Goodness a very good friend referred me to Robert to help sort out my dilemma. I still have an ongoing ( and I predict a lifelong) relationship with Peters Law. TRUST!!

This review should have been posted awhile back but this information is vital if you are filing for bankruptcy. MOST do not expect or plan for bankruptcy but if it happens - DO NOT GO THROUGH IT WITHOUT ATTORNEY ROBERT PETERS! Dealing with a major heart bypass not only altered my health but also cau...sed financial destruction. Then making a stupid decision to try and file bankruptcy on our own - especially here in Jacksonville, Florida was a BIG MISTAKE on our part! My wife and I paid a heavy price especially in our emotional state and of course our finances – which by the way a Trustee of the courts thought they would use to their advantage but Attorney Robert Peters stepped up to the challenge and became our legal “HERO”! Jacksonville, Florida is a “good ole boy town” - so folks - bankruptcy in this town is where you need a true hero. As most know, there are not many attorneys that uphold the “Moral Code of Business Ethics” these days based on quality, honesty and foremost – integrity. Most attorneys have allowed the crooked judicial system to flourish and most figure if they can’t beat the system – then join it?! So then ethics and quality go out the door, honesty is nowhere to be found and integrity is forsaken! And just mentioning the word “attorney”, most of us DO NOT associate that profession with the word “hero”. But as for our bankruptcy experience, my wife and I found an authentic, genuine, ethical, top quality, honest legal “HERO” who also has a God given soul of INTEGRITY – that person is - Attorney Robert Peters. So if you are also seeking a tried and true “HERO” in the legal profession – PLEASE, PLEASE CALL ATTORNEY ROBERT PETERS – AT LEAST TALK TO HIM FIRST BEFORE FILING BANKRUPTCY IN THIS TOWN!
