I found this firm from a blog post they did about a credit collector harassing people. I had an account in collections from a Comcast cable box I didn't turn in (roommate at the time turned it in and it was processed under the wrong account). I was receiving calls earlier and later than the time perm...itted and they said they were going to show up at my work to demand payment... craziness. Robert helped end the calls and get to the bottom of the collection. Glad I called him.
