This is the worst attorney I have ever dealt with!! The assistant and attorney are best at selling themselves and promising the world. After paying more than others charge, I had to contact the attorney's office repeatedly without response. The attorney was over 45 minutes late to the meeting of the ...creditors and had no idea what my case was. He was arrogant with me after showing up to court late. After discharge which I had to call about, nothing was said or done. I have called repeatedly for advice on my home which was included only to be told now they are done with the case and that is between me and the mortgage company. I am now contacting The Florida Bar on this attorney!!!! Do Not Pay This Con.......

Unaware of a past debt from years and years ago, I was served a writ of garnishment. I approached Mr. Peters to negotiate handling this outside of a garnishment and he and his office handled it WONDERFULLY. Not only did this collections group settle for roughly 10% of the original debt they said I ow...ed, he also went above and beyond to make sure I received any and all wages back from the collections group. I had never worked with an Attorney before and Mr. Roberts quickly took this into account, giving me honest, professional advice and service. Thank you, Robert and Team!

I went in for an consultation without high expectations as my last consult with another attorney went terribly. Mr. Peters and his paralegal Michelle went above and beyond for me answering any and all questions that I had. Being a young 20 something woman you can imagine my embarrassment going into h...is office saying I needed to file bankruptcy. Mr. Peters took the time to explain to me the process from beginning to end and what hiccups could come along the way. I received multiple pamphlets to use for further information. I was in constant contact with both Mr. Peters and Michelle on a weekly basis. The thing that stood out the most was that Mr. Peters did not sugar coat the process or make me feel like this was going to be a couple signature and the process would be over type thing. He didn't write me off as just another client. Once I gathered all of my documents he needed for my file he went through the importance of the documents and why the documents were needed to file bankruptcy. Having him take that time made me feel like my best interest was in place and that made me comfortable working with him. It also didn't hurt that the initial consultation was free and that was filled with a ton of information as well.

Honestly I didn't know what to do as my finances were out of control and I was on the verge of losing my home. Robert and his assistant were outstanding to say the least. Now I'm debt fee and he helped me get an affordable payment with a loan modification with very little stress. His prices are very ...reasonable for the extent of the work he performs and the level of personal attention given to my case was impressive.
