Mr. Stover understands that your case is the most important thing in the world no matter how serious. As a former prosecutor, Mike is familiar with the court process and more importantly how the State builds a case for prosecution.
As an Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Stover has tried first degree felonies, complex bank litigation cases, and represented the state in over 1500 hearings. His court room experience and legal expertise will aid you in achieving the best possible resolution of your case as well as give you some peace of mind during the incredibly stressful process of beng charged and potentially arrested for a crime.
Mr. Stover specializes in criminal law, but also has extensive experience handling injunctions from a prosecution perspective as well as the application for an the Petitioner's perspective. Mr. Stover also worked at a Echelon Global to diversify his skill set, making him able to provide excellent legal services in the ares of Real Estate, Probate, Estate, and Land Use.
Mr. Stover has dedicated his practice to the service and preservation of the lives and liberty of the people of the State of Florida. Mr. Stover recently moved on from a partnership with Jacksonville DUI mogul Lee Lockett to start his own practice.
