Glen Reid was impatient rude and completely unhelpful. He seemed frustrated and bothered by simply asking questions about my case. I had to fire him and seek council elsewhere. Glenn dismissed my traffic ticket involved an accident. Right when I was about to gave up on the system Skyler and Glenn was there for me and help me get the ticket dismissed. I am no longer at fault for the accidents. Thank You!
