Best Attorney Experience Ever!!!!!!
I don’t have enough space to write all the ways Mr. Hager has gone over and above for our family. We were recently faced with an issue regarding our 70 year old father. He suffers from dementia and Alzheimers, to make a long story short he was arrested for the first time in his life. My parents retired to Florida and us kids are scattered from Indiana to Texas. Mr. Hager was so patient with us all in repeating the same stories to us all during different calls. From the very first call he started working on our dads case. We were given his personal cell number and told to call whenever and for whatever, and we did. He always answered and was always patient with us as we’ve never been through anything like this before. He assured us he would get this taken care of. He went way above and beyond and worked diligently and had our fathers case thrown out in less than a week. He understood how time sensitive this matter was for us as our dad was scheduled to go to an assisted living facility and they wouldn’t allow him with a pending battery. Let me repeat IN LESS THAN A WEEK THE CHARGES WERE GONE!!! We were floored to get that call!! Mr. Hager treated us like we were his only clients and nothing else mattered than getting this fixed for our family. I can not express the amount of gratitude our family has for Mr. Hager and his team! I pray we never need him again but if we do we will NEVER call anyone else but him. We have told everyone in our family and friends how amazing he is. He made the worst event our family has had to deal with feel like it never happened and we can all sleep again!! I could go on and on about him and how amazing he is. If you find yourself in need of an attorney do yourself a favor and stop looking and hire him......immediately!!!! You will be glad you did. Case Dismissed!
Preface, I sadly earned myself a Battery. After my Bondsman bailed me out, I called multiple Attorney Firm's. When I called Hager & Schwartz, Mr. Hager personally answered the phone, patiently & kindly took time & listened to me explain my situation, concerns, & ask questions, of which he answered all in perfect detail. I was still under the impression that I was going to continue to use my Public Defender. Arraignment day came, in short, it was an unorganized unprofessional disaster, I felt further compromised. I immediately called Mr. Hager, spoke of my experience, and we promptly scheduled a time to meet & go over paper work. Upon terms agreement & signing, I requested & recieved a meeting with Mr. Hagar. We went over every detail, question, & concern. After that, I pretty much didn't have to do anything, other than sign a couple documents. Mr. Hager reached out to all necessary parties, & handled everything. If his Firm had questions, they'd call &/or email. Mr. Hager also had direct contact with my Judge, which was huge... Their paralegal, was efficient & punctual as well! Conclusion, case was dismissed, and we are in the process of expungement. Everything, thank G*d & Hager & Shwartz PA, turned our exactly how we wanted! I HIGHLY recommend this Firm! Stephen

Great Attorney and Good Person
The first time you mean John, you notice is a Good person, and might think- "I need someone who is not nice and tears the opponent into pieces!" Then he gets to work, it's kind of in phases: I. You dump all the details on him, it gets a little confusing and he starts pointing to areas that are non-productive and productive. This approach helps to change focus on what will work and what will not in your case. II. You get stronger feedback from him, like "you saw judge, this does not work, we need to focus on this and that". Your start to provide more information on what really matters and ease up on some wild cards. III. Comes the WOW moment like he knows the case better than yourself. Strange enough, when you come to that moment it seems like the stars align to your favor, the judge is nicer, the opposing party wants to settle etc. John is more like a doctor that cures illness that is curable and let you know if it's not. He is more like a sports coach that guides you to win a game and the opponent will respect you afterward. He is also not expensive, for all the work he does, he is underpaid. He likes his works and takes it seriously without losing the sense of being a good person.

I would absolutely recommend to anybody that feels helpless and like their life is spiraling out of control. I have never needed a lawyer in my life and I am 36 years old. 2 weeks ago my freedom was taken from me. I had no idea what to do or what was going to happen to me. My sister who is in the legal field took it upon herself to help me by interviewing several lawyers. She immediately chose Mr. Hagar after speaking with all of them. The day that he was hired was a Sunday. After only minutes of being hired he immediately started to put a plan in play. I already felt a sense of relief. Mr. Hager even answer his phone at 10:30 at night to talk to me. He got me into the courtroom very quickly to go before the judge to try to have certain things amended. Although it was not amended that day in court only 2 Days Later while I was painting a house I got a call from Mr. Hager. This is when he informed me he has got the entire case dismissed and everything was over. I cannot be more excited to have my life back. It's done.

I call hager for a free consultation granted I completed a form online but in 30 mins he called back I was busy at the time he called maybe 6pm which I found weird but cool.. he explained to me the scam I fell into is known and nothing should happen at all it eases my nerves he didn't treat me as if I was dumb for it or anything like that was very nice and answered my questions quick it was maybe a 3 min convo because my case was straight forward and no charges have been filed or anything was just nervous as soon as I meantioned being almost 8 days ago he said nothing should happen and if it does call him knowing that if anything does happen my wife has his number to contact he's one of the few lawyers who give cell # best consultation ever I haven't hired him yet but I would recommend it just for the plain fact how straight forward he was and not only that he didn't do what others did with the whole "something will happen" with him it was more of "nothing should happen" I recommend anyone to talk to him and see what I mean you guys would want to hire him yourself he was also very honest about it all

I was released on Thursday night and called John Hager on Friday, he personally answered my phone call and immediately went to work for me telling me the steps I needed to take and the steps he was going to take. By the next Thursday he personally called and emailed me the dismissal from the state attorney’s office stating my case was indeed dismissed. The next morning my pretrial release officer called saying my case was dismissed and I would not need to come in or see him again. That’s less than 7 days it was completely dismissed and resolved. Great Job Mr. Hager and THANK YOU! He’s worth every dollar!

The best!
I can honestly say without a doubt that if it hadn’t been for the diligence of Mr John Hager, and Mr. Todd Onore, my sons would be in prison right now. They were looking at significant time due to circumstances revolving around their addiction. Not only did he keep them out of doing prison time, but got them the much needed help they have so desperately needed. I am forever grateful to Mr Hager and his associate Mr Onore. AMAZING LAWYER!!!!!
Mr. Hager is the BEST Lawyer out there! We were on vacation and found ourselves in the biggest nightmare imaginable. I was falsely accused of two harsh felonies. John spoke with us over the phone and we felt 100% confidence in him from the very first phone call. He had my case was dismissed within 3 weeks, without ever stepping foot in a courtroom. He truly knows what he is doing and he always answers his phone no matter what! We couldn't have made a better decision when we chose to hire John Hager.

Mr. Hager is by far the best lawyer you'll find. I had some very serious charges with lengthy prisons sentences if convicted. Mr. Hager was able to get my charges dismissed. He is truly a miracle worker who has extensive knowledge and contacts in the south Floridian legal world. A must for a defendant seeking a dismissal. He is extremely professional and caries himself like a lawyer should in the court room. He has many resources at his disposal, including his firms's partner Mr. Schwartz- whom has represented me in Mr. Hagers absents at a few hearings.
