About Jane
Biography
I was born in the United States, the daughter of immigrants from South Korea. My parents arrived with $50 in their pockets, and, from these humble beginnings, my father established a career as a surgeon, as well as working his way up to the rank of Colonel in the U.S. Army National Guard. He stated that he wanted to repay this country for the opportunity it provided him.
As you might expect, I was taught the value of hard work. I was valedictorian of my high school class, a National Merit Scholar, and earned a four-year full scholarship to college. I bring my work ethic to my law practice every day. I go above and beyond for my clients – to quote one former employee, I beat the dead horse and then resurrect it to beat it some more! I am stubborn, determined, and meticulous in my work. Having honed my trial skills over 24 years, I believe I can win any jury trial that is objectively “winnable.”

Divorce bad, Jane good
I retained Jane for a rather nasty divorce that lasted over a year. My ex-wife went for the jugular, and had lots of advantages: it was a long term marriage, we had kids, and she made a lot less than I did. FL law is also rather antiquated, which didn't help either.
