Biography
Dondra Bass O'Neal was born and raised in Savannah, GA. Following graduation from law school, she worked for several large law firms in Atlanta and Tampa, primarily working for insurance companies fighting personal injury claims. During that time, she always felt compassion for the injured individuals who often lacked the resources and sophistication of the insurance companies they were fighting. Thus, in 2006, she opened her own law firm, Bass Law, which exclusively assists individuals who have suffered personal injuries.
Bass Law handles personal injury claims throughout Georgia and Florida. We specialize in representing injured individuals and their families with personal injury claims in two primary areas: (1) motor vehicle accidents; and (2) civil actions arising from criminal activity. The motor vehicle accidents we frequently handle may involve automobiles, bicycles, buses, motorcycles or trucks.
Sometimes, a victim of a crime may also have a civil claim relating to the criminal activity. The civil cases we generally handle for crime victims involve automobile collisions in which the at-fault driver was cited for DUI, sexual abuse of a minor and cases involving an assault or attack on commercial property, such as at an apartment complex, shopping center or school.
