I got in trouble in McIntosh County. I live in Jacksonville and previously worked for a great attorney. He’s been in law for 30 years. I called him and told him my situation. He asked what big city was close by and I said Savannah. He took the time to look at the criminal/DUI attorneys there and soon sent me a link to Stacey Goad’s website and said, “hire her”. Mrs. Goad was very affordable compared to other attorneys that weren't willing to go all the way for an extra amount. She charged a flat rate and said that amount would not change even if I decided I wanted to go for a bench trial to try and get my case dismissed. That was exactly what I wanted to do because I was stopped for speeding and not failure to maintain lane or anything that would have indicated that I was driving under the influence- which I was not. We went all the way for a bench trial and my case was dismissed!!! Mrs. Goad was proud to show me the work she and her team did, filing several motions for dismissal. CASE DISMISSED!! Now she's working to get the arrest sealed from my record. Thank you Mrs. Goad!!!!!
