Richard Barid has a professional demeanor and is exact regarding the estate planning of the law. He takes the time to help you understand your needs and speaks with respect, knowledge, professionalism and terms you can understand. Most important he allows you to see the complete picture by providing useful information you would not necessarily think about.
The Professionalism is continued throughout his staff. I do not have a million dollar estate but in the end as you leave the office you are confident in your decisions and in Mr. Barid ….so I left feeling like a million dollars! Thanks you Mr. Barid!
Mr. Barid and his firm were extremely helpful in setting up a living trust for me. I knew about the importance of setting up a trust, but I knew none of the mechanics of doing so. Everyone from the receptionist, to the paralegals, to Rich himself were not only extremely knowledgeable, but they were extremely kind and personable.
As a physician, I came knowing very little about real estate law, and Rich and his staff cogently oriented me to the structure of my trust, how to make modifications, and how the trust would be executed in the event of my death.
I am leaving this region of the country soon, but I am keeping my real estate in Georgia. I have a lot of peace of mind knowing that Rich's team is available should I have any concerns. I have consulted him several times since he first assisted me with the creation of my trust, and my calls are always returned promptly. Furthermore, Rich has always been available (even at the sacrifice of his lunch hour) to see me soon.
I emphatically recommend Rich Barid as a real estate attorney. I look forward to utilizing his services again in the future.

Mistake No. 1
I hired Richard to handle my estate questions and problems. He promised me prompt service and advised on benefits I knew nothing about. Unfortunately, he could not complete the assigned tasks due to unforseen events. I made the mistake of paying him for work not done. I am out the money due to his flat fee for services. Will not hire him again.

We're so sorry you had a bad experience. As you know, we have a flat fee engagement that most of our clients appreciate because the cost is up front and clear. We stand by the work and effort we dedicated to your matter.
