Courtney Lerch is a Georgia native, the founder of The Lerch Law Firm, and a reputable criminal defense attorney in Savannah. Ms. Lerch obtained her JD. From the Mississippi College School of Law. After graduating, she moved back to her home state so that she could start giving back to the community that had given her so much. Ms. Lerch has been well-recognized for her legal prowess. She is a graduate of the prestigious Bill Daniel Trial Advocacy Program, and has been nationally ranked a Top 10 Under 40 attorney by the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys.

Best Lawyer in Savannah

From start to finish I could not have asked for a better experience or personal attention to my case. Courtney and everyone in her office are top notch, caring, and professional. I was in a situation where I could have easily ended up spending time in jail, but because of Courtney and her team I was able to settle my case by paying a fine and doing some community service. Courtney is the best!

I had a couple of traffic tickets, including one for no insurance due to a mix up with my insurance provider. Courtney, Jenna, and the team at The Lerch Firm jumped on the case a couple of days later and started working with the municipal court and eventually had it transferred to State Court. They kept on the case and got all charges dismissed. If you are ever in need of an attorney, don't hesitate to call them!!

Veteran Friendly and a Solid Performer!!!

It had been 14 years since I had my driving privileges I was dealing with two states Georgia where I got my DUIs and I now live in Florida. Miss Courtney wasted no time as soon as I told her about my case she jumped right on it within 2 weeks she knew more than all the three lawyers I had hired before her. She easily outperformed. All three of them and gave me a decent rate as well and was willing to let me make payments. If anybody has ever dealt with getting your privileges restored when you're working with two different states it can be very difficult. Anyhow thanks to Courtney I have my driver's license restored after 14 years she is good to go tried-and-true. Don't waste your time with other lawyers go ahead and give her a chance and she will show you what I'm talking about

Grateful to have Lerch Law Firm in my corner!

I was put in touch with Ms. Lerch via a friend after being blindsided by a legal matter. Having had no previous experience in dealing with law enforcement or any allegation of legal misdeeds beyond a traffic violation, I was terrified. I was able to speak with Ms. Lerch within an hour of receiving her contact information. Within the next half hour she contacted the involved parties, intercepted harassing phone calls and emails, and diffused what could have been a very inflammatory situation. I am grateful for her representation in this matter and with Ms. Lerch advocating on my behalf, I was able to return to my family and work knowing that Lerch Law Firm would manage any threats.

Amazing lawyer

Mrs.learch helped me when i got into trouble and she was there for me. When my car broke down she picked me up on my court date. You will be happy when you. Choose her. She is sweet,kind. I could go all on and on but if u need a lawyer she is the best one. I would use anyone else

Great Attorney!

I contacted Ms. Lerch's office after looking online for an attorney to represent on a DUI case. Her office called me back within an hour of initial contact! I thought that was awesome. Ms. Lerch was able to get the charge reduced to reckless driving. No more court dates. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. Ms. Lerch and her assistant couldn't have been nicer and more personable. I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Courtney Lerch.

There are not enough great things I can say about my experience with Courtney. She was proactive, and took the time out of her busy schedule to addressed my needs in a traffic case. I dropped the case in her lap 2 days before my court date and she had it taken care of the next day. She did a excellent job of explaining everything and walking me through the process. I would not only recommend Courtney, but I would not use anyone else for my defense needs.
